Description
The house is quite old, before used to farm, now it's traditional structre was maintained thanks to the renovations. The stone house is situated in quiet surroundings with the lovely landscape. The flora and fauna are really peculiar here, so it is worth walking around. It's interior is very spacious and designed very practicaly. Upstairs there are two dormitories and a terrace.
Situation
The house is situated in Las Rosas, a local part of San Andres in the communal district of Valverde. The geographical location in the center of the island makes the distance to various places very short. In the walking distance there are some extraordinary paths and viewpoints like Mirador de Jinama and Mirador Las Playas.
